Trans Himalayan is a young diverse conglomerate into clean technologies, real estate development, hospitality, consulting,  publishing and organic farming.

We specialize in a la carte residences to high-end private resort development across the Trans Himalayan belt, and are recognized for creating warm light-filled spaces that are site-sensitive and carefully detailed. Each project of ours is an opportunity to create a habitat that is relevant to the environs and its terrain specific. 

We believe that beauty is found in quiet understated forms, expressive structure, timeless materials, and carefully resolved details. Our projects celebrate light-filled open spaces with a strong and relevant connection to the local topography and landscape. With each project, a contemporary approach to design is expressed respecting, at the same time, existing conditions combined with a fascination for innovative solutions, which meet the client's needs. Traditional material palettes, such as concrete, wood and steel are used throughout the projects in conjunction with new materials with an eye to creating timeless forms.

Sustainability

Dedication to environmental responsibility is fundamental to our philosophy. Constructing and operating buildings is resources intensive and we strive to minimize this impact by designing energy-efficient buildings that incorporate sustainable technologies and renewable materials. All our projects are designed and developed keeping the environment, habitat, and ecology in mind and progress towards LEED Platinum designation.
